Please join us for our Second Annual Golf Outing on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at Crosswinds Golf Club in Plymouth, MA! Featuring continental breakfast, 18-hole golf course with carts, buffet-style lunch, tournament prizes, contests, raffles and more.
About Plymouth County Family Support. We provide specialized Family Support Services and Social & Recreational Programs for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
